In the following, we inform about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or the processing is restricted if there are legal retention obligations.
Collection of personal data when visiting our website
Every visit to our website leads to the automated collection of data and information from the system of your device, which is stored in so-called server log files. The legal basis for the processing is the DSG. We have a legitimate interest in presenting you with a website optimized for your browser and in enabling communication between our server and your terminal device.

We invoke our legitimate interest DSG 1 as the legal basis for the processing of Insights data. It is our legitimate interest that we can track user behavior on our Facebook Fanpage.
