Information for visitors to our website

In the following, we inform about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data accruing in this context after the storage is no longer necessary or the processing is restricted if there are legal retention obligations.

Collection of personal data when visiting our website

Every visit to our website leads to the automated collection of data and information from the system of your device, which is stored in so-called server log files. The legal basis for the processing is the DSG. We have a legitimate interest in presenting you with a website optimized for your browser and in enabling communication between our server and your terminal device.
We do not merge this data with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use.

We invoke our legitimate interest DSG 1 as the legal basis for the processing of Insights data. It is our legitimate interest that we can track user behavior on our Facebook Fanpage. This enables us, above all, to record the reach and effectiveness of our postings, (advertising) campaigns or other activities through processed statistics.
